We are very pleased with the fire and surround supplied and fitted by Tom and Lee who worked very hard on the installation. From our first visit to the showroom the support and advice provided by the team was excellent. The final outcome looks fabulous and we would highly recommend their services.

I had a beautiful fireplace and fire from this company. It so nice to get small business that puts you first. Nothing was too much trouble even though I changed my mind on which fireplace I wanted. Tom and Harrison were really professional they cleaned up after themselves, they were really friendly. Please support this business because the like said nothing too much trouble they put their customers first

Just wanted to say a massive Thank you to all at The Fire Den... On our visit to the showroom Emily was so welcoming and very knowledgeable and arranged for Tom to visit us to understand what we wanted.. When we went back in Emily and Mandy were so accommodating and helped our decision on what type of fire we wanted. It was definitely out with the old and in with the new. I trusted Emily's judgement and placed our order and fitting. Wow Tom and Lee where amazing from start to finish and they totally got my vision. They did a fantastic job and cleaned and hoovered up after they had finished. We recommend this family run business and if you are looking for a new fire please go to The Fire Den... Thank you Emily, Tom, Lee and Mandy. From Julie and Paul

I recently purchased my new electric fire from The Fire Den. What a pleasure to find and deal with a company who understand what the word "service" means unlike so many other companies you deal with today. They have a well stocked showroom of fires and surrounds. Delivery was within the specified time. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking to buy a new fire, gas or electric, then you must visit them. A special thanks to Emily for all her help.

We are thrilled with our new fire. Exactly what we wanted. First class service and would highly recommend the Fire Den to anyone looking for a change. We had an old gas stove changed to an electric landscape style fire. Perfect 👌

We are very pleased with the service that we received from The Fire Den. We were made to feel very welcome when we first visited their showroom … which was very well laid out, displaying all types of fire places and fires. An initial survey was carried out at our home, helping us to make a final decision as to what type of fire we could have. Once ordered, a fitting date was agreed which went ahead without any problems. The staff at the showroom and the fitters were more than helpful and able to answer any questions that we had. We have no hesitation in recommending The Fire Den to other potential customers. Thank you
